Then the Sun shone ....

so I swept and washed a floor,

changed the beds,

lit candles to welcome the returning light,

turned the cd up, just a bit louder,

danced,

cleaned and opened the windows,

opened the door and let the fresh, Spring air rush in, clearing away those Wintery corners,
hung washing out,
stood with my face to the sun and gave thanks.

Isn't it such a welcome return? Watched it rise over the Pennines this morning ~ absolutely gorgeous. Today's definitely a 'garden' day ;-0

Keep dancing, syster!!!

Yep, I know how you feel. I have been squatting amongst the snowdrops this morning, feeling natural warmth from the sun for the first time in months. Better than a million vitamin pills huh? xx

You've been very productive this fine morning x

Loving all the signs of Spring here too, snowdrops and crocuses are out and the daisies in the last week have just been an explosion of colour on the lawns and grassland. Hmmm, that means the lawn will be growing too - time to give the lawnmower a clean I think.

Enjoy your dancing, really lifts the spirit x

What a gorgeous day! I think I need to muster up some of your energy to spring clean here! I'm really feeling the need but not functioning well on so little sleep. Oh well, I guess I will do what I can and give thanks for the beautiful sunshine!

Sunshine warms the soul...even in the coldest of winters. I think we'll have some today as well and that's a good thing! Love you, xoxo
