Suffolk Smiles

A week away in a beautiful remote cottage with log fire, views over a wonderful forest with deers roaming and rutting ( Autumn Watch has nothing on us )

Amazing organic shops, cafes and restaurants ( although our favourite was Aldeburgh fish and chips on the beach )

Gorgeous pumpkins.

As fresh as it gets fish for K's famous fish pie.
Trips to Adeburgh, Southwold, Sutton Hoo, Ipswich and all those little stops at farm shops, galleries, treasure shops, book stalls along the way.
Some much needed smiles.

Ah, this is the home of my heart - I was born at Shingle Street, just East of Sutton Hoo and a few miles down the cost from Aldebrough - how lovely to find the place that makes my soul sing has nurtured your soul too. Xx
