Yesterday's Food

was good, the day started with a bagel, spread with tahini and yeast extract, so good.

Stir-fry greens with plenty of garlic for lunch.

Smoked haddock and spinach risotto for tea.
I have something of a Spring Green theme going on.

mmm...spring greens sound like a beautiful menu! i ate a salad a few days ago with figs, apricots, goat cheese and walnuts it was incredible! I can't wait to start harvesting my own greens from the garden again soon!
